2018 Alabama Rural Health Conference

April 20, 2018 - April 21, 2018

Exhibitors are entitled to have two company representatives attend the conference. Additional attendees should register as individuals.

Exhibitors should email your company logo to ARHA for inclusion in the conference program.

Exhibitors can have handouts or promotional items placed in the packets for all conference attendees. Please get these to ARHA by April 16.

Exhibitors can conduct prize give aways, if desirred.

Exhibitors should develop a PowerPoint slide to go in a presentation that will be continuously rotated for viewing during meals and breaks. This should deliver your message to attract visitors to your exhibiting space.

A separate room is available for exhibitors to reserve for one hour on Friday afternoon or Saturday to provide a more detailed discussion or demonstration of your products or services to those who may want more detailed information than can be provided at your exhibitor’s space. This is available for no charge on a first come, first served basis.

Wi-Fi and electrical connectifity will be provided as needed at no additional cost.

Other Conference Sponsorship Opportunities

Sponsorships of other conference activities are available to those who would like to participate. Prices given below include the $600 exhibitor’s fee. Recognition of sponsorship will be provided at the conference. These include:

Wi-Fi for all conference participants – $500

Break on Friday afternoon – $1,000

Friday evening reception – $2,300

Breakfast on Saturday – $2,000

Break on Saturday morning – $1,000

Lunch on Saturday – $2,300
