Optimization of Epic Willow and Tapestry for a Large Academic Medical Center in Southern California

Epic Willow: Symphony validated protocols with physicians, the pharmacy department and the nursing department as well as built supportive care and therapy plans. Symphony also built and modified ERX, EAP, LQL records as needed for beacon protocol, and set up new order groups as needed for ease of building and maintenance for chemo protocols. Symphony consultants also built new mixture, chemo and investigational ERX and NDC records.

Epic Tapestry: Symphony provided business workflow analysis, data analysis, data mapping and documentation of requirements to develop complex analytical and statistical reports.
